Each group was expected to come up with some unique and original idea or product that did not exist till date. Each group was allotted with Rs.500. All the product related expenses including its printing ad, TV ad and brand ambassador fees were to be managed within this budget. Groups were ranked on  parameters like uniqueness, originality, feasibility, finance management, promotional tactics which included printing ad and TV ad. Students were expected to present a conceptualization of their ideated product.

Product name, feasibility of the product and planned Gantt chart were the topics to be covered. A panel of internal teaching staff judged this event; some of the groups were unfortunately disqualified because their products were found to be existing. For these disqualified groups there was another curtain raising event on 31st of July.

Two weeks later ,the final presentation was scheduled. This presentation included detailed explanation of the product, cost analysis, applicability of the product, distinct features of the product, public review, price of the product, target customer segment, comparison of planned Gantt chart and actual Gantt chart and linear responsibility matrix.
