About Us

For an Institute, the true worth of its activities, in the long run, is the success of its alumni. To assist in strengthening the link with alumni,TIMSCDR and its alumni has initiated its alumni association called Xperience - The Reunion. It makes the Institute proud to know that its alumni have achieved success in their endeavors and reached the highest positions in all fields - whether it is research, academics, industry, entrepreneurship, or management.

Many Alumni of TIMSCDR who have had a good learning, research and social experience during their TIMSCDR years are unsure how to continue their pleasant association with the Institute. Xperience - The Reunion is one forum for doing so.

Xperience - The Reunion offers alumni the chance to keep up with the happenings at TIMSCDR and interact in more than one way, such as :
 

• Technical collaboration in projects
• Professional network
• Academic collaboration
• Recruitment of TIMSCDR graduates
• Use of other TIMSCDR facilities such as Library, Recreational Area, Guest House

 This association also helps alumni to maintain contact with other alumni. So make the most of it and feel free to set up and execute your own pet alumni related project under the umbrella of the TIMSCDR Mumbai Alumni Association .

Alumni Meeting 2009

The last few alumni meetings held in the year 2009 attended by the members of the association namely Malini Balan,Vartika Chandra, Ashley Thomas, Vishwajeet Sukhija, Imtiaz Jatu ,Rhushikesh Pandit, Omkar Bapat  and many more brought out the salient features  of this association like:

Alumni Meeting 2010

The current alumni meetings was held on 9th October 2010 attended by eight members of the association.

The meet was initiated by  Ms. Sudeshna Sen, Deputy Director by focusing light on the achievements of the Institute. A presentation on "Synapse" was given by the current students as an area wherein Alumni can contribute.

Another question answer round was arranged by the Alumni, where they answered all the queries of the current batch. All the students participated actively and their queries were answered with great ease and satisfaction. The session took 180 minutes from the scheduled 30 minutes. 

A presentation  was delivered by Abhinav Sunder (Batch 2005) on "Career Avenues for MCA Freshers."   

The meet ended with vote of thanks, refreshments and networking.

How to register?

Registration fee: Rs. 500/-

Registration can be done at the Institute by filling the Alumni Association form and paying the fee at the Accounts Department.
