Admission to First Year of the Five-Years Full-Time Integrated Postgraduate Degree Course in Master of Computer Applications (MCA) for the A.Y. 2025–26

• For Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates, All India Candidature Candidates, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh Migrant Candidature Candidates. –

The candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

(i) The candidate should be an Indian National.

(ii) The Candidate should have passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics/ Statistics/Accountancy is a compulsory subject. Obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category belonging to Maharashtra State) in the above subjects taken together

(iii) Obtained non-zero positive score in MH-MCA- CET-2025.

List of photocopies of Certificates to be submitted: 

1. MAH-MCA-CET 2025 score card.
2. Seat Allotment Letter from the CET CELL (if applicable)
3. FC Verification letter (if applicable)
4. Statement of marks & certificate of SSC, HSC
5. Certificate of Indian Nationality (School Leaving Certificate indicating the Nationality of the candidate as ‘Indian’/ Valid Indian Passport/ Birth Certificate of the candidate indicating the place of birth in India.)
6. Domicile Certificate (if applicable), clearly indicating the place of permanent residence of the candidate or father or mother or husband.
7. Declaration of the Candidate for the Hindi Linguistic Minority Community or Leaving Certificate having information pertaining to Mother tongue Hindi (Minority Candidates)
8. Caste/Tribe Validity Certificate (if applicable)
9. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate valid up to 31 March 2026 (if applicable).
10. Certificates in Proforma A, B1, B2, C, D, E, G1, G2, J, K, L, M, O, U, V, W1 & W2 as applicable (Mentioned in DTE/CET cell brochure)
11. Any other relevant document

 After verification, if provisionally confirmed in the Institute, candidate has to submit the following documents:

1. All original certificates mentioned above with attested photocopies of the same.
2. Affidavit for Minority Status on a ₹100/- non-judicial stamp paper in institute specified format (only for Linguistic Minority candidates).
3. Gap Certificate for the break after completion of HSC examination on a ₹100/- non-judicial stamp paper in institute specified format (if applicable).
4. AICTE Anti-Ragging undertaking by student as well as parents on ₹100/- non-judicial Stamp Paper duly notarized in AICTE specified format.
5. Physical Fitness Certificate from a registered Medical Practitioner.
6. Five recent passport size colour photographs.

Fee Refund Policy

Refund of Tuition, Development fees after cancellation of admission :

1. The refund of fees before cut-off date of admission shall be made within two days i.e. total fees minus the processing charges of Rs.1,000/-, or refund rule shall be as per the guidelines of the appropriate authorities or the State Government, as the case may be.
2. If the admission is cancelled after the cut-off date of admission declared by the Competent authority, there shall be no refund.

Financial Assistance 

Financial Assistance is available as education loan for the bonafide students of institute from reputed banks. Interested students can utilize the benefit after getting admission to the course. Fee is chargeable per annum and is subject to revision from time to time as per notification from Fees Regulating Authority and University of Mumbai.
